Intertakt

An aufguss session runs on voice. The sauna master pours, calls the next wave, and the room works through rounds of heat with eyes closed; nobody opens an eye to check a clock. Intertakt brings that discipline to interval training. It is a HIIT, Tabata and rounds timer that works with the screen off: put the phone face-down, pocket it, keep moving. Voice cues and countdown beeps play over your own music, each with an independent volume, so the next interval arrives the way the master's call arrives through the steam: as sound, on time, nothing to look at. An interruption is a breather, not a reset. Sessions survive calls and app switches and resume from the exact second they stopped. 0 ads · ∞ sessions · 0 accounts.
