BeepSweep

BeepSweep is built for one thing: making sure a missed call still reaches you.

You turn on conditional call forwarding — one short code, about two minutes, your number stays yours — and any call you don't answer goes to BeepSweep instead of a voicemail nobody listens to. Within seconds you get a readable message: a one-sentence summary at the top, the details pulled out automatically (times, amounts, phone numbers), the full transcript, the original audio, and a draft reply you can send with one tap. Delivered where you already are: WhatsApp, SMS, email or the app.

That much is free, for 15 messages a month, without a credit card.

From there you can switch on Sweep, the AI receptionist. Sweep answers the phone, says at the start of the call that it is an AI, asks who is calling and why, judges how urgent it sounds, and sends you a briefing. On higher plans it answers questions from a knowledge base built off your own website, applies opening hours and routing rules, and gives each team member their own line and inbox.

What it doesn't do: agree a price or make a promise you then have to keep. It collects and, if you let it, answers — it doesn't negotiate.

Hosted in Amsterdam, AES-256 encrypted, and your calls are never used to train models. Appointment booking and live transfer are currently in beta.
