FindOurTime is a privacy-first group scheduling tool built to remove the usual back-and-forth of finding a meeting time.

Organizers create a poll, choose possible dates and time slots, then share a private link. Participants can respond without creating an account, compare availability across time zones, and update their response later through a private edit link.

Calendar conflicts can be checked using an .ics file processed locally on the participant’s device, without giving the app ongoing access to their calendar.

FindOurTime ranks the strongest overlaps so organizers can quickly identify the best options, send reminders, finalize the selected time, and export or share the confirmed event.
