Credits are valid for 12 months from the day the pack is purchased. Each pack is tracked as its own lot and your oldest credits are always spent first, so buying a new pack never shortens the life of the credits you already hold.
02What happens if a listing I paid with credits is rejected?+
The credits come straight back to your balance automatically - no ticket, no waiting. If the lot they came from has expired in the meantime, the returned credits get a fresh 30-day window, so a rejection never costs you anything.
03Do credit-paid listings skip the review standards?+
No. Every credit-paid submission goes through exactly the same review as a card-paid one, and can be rejected on the same grounds. Credits change how you pay, not what we accept.
