1What does a free listing include?+

Free listings get a public product profile and a link to your site, useful for discovery and exposure. In return, you display our badge on your site - that is the trade that keeps the listing free. Featured category placement, launch-roundup inclusion, and performance reporting are reserved for paid plans (Premium and Exclusive).

2Do I have to add the badge for a free listing?+

For a free listing, yes - displaying our badge on your site is how we confirm ownership and approve it fast. If you would rather not add the badge, you have two options: submit for a manual review instead (slower, and approved at our discretion), or choose a paid plan, which skips the badge entirely and gets you featured placement with instant approval.

3What is the difference between free and featured?+

A free listing gives your product a curated public profile in the relevant category. A featured (paid) placement keeps your product near the top of that category for a set period, adds launch-roundup inclusion where applicable, and includes a performance report. Both put your product in front of relevant visitors. Featured simply increases how many people see it.

4How long does review take?+

Free listings with our badge installed are approved fast, usually within a day. Free listings submitted without the badge go into a manual review queue and can take up to 72 hours. Premium and Exclusive listings skip the badge and receive instant listing with no waiting period.

5Are listings permanent?+

Yes. Once your listing is approved, it remains active permanently. Featured placement runs for the period included with your plan, and your product profile stays live afterward.

6What if my listing is rejected?+

You'll receive a notification with the reason. Common reasons include low-quality content or broken URLs. For premium listings, you'll receive a full refund if rejected.

7Can I update my listing after approval?+

Yes! You can edit your listing details, update screenshots, and modify your description at any time from your dashboard. Major URL changes may require re-review.
